I’m an IT specialist and software engineer based in Kampala, Uganda, with experience spanning IT support, systems administration, and software development. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in both technical and customer-facing roles — from troubleshooting hardware, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments, to developing full-stack applications in Go, React, and Flutter. What I bring is a blend of hands- on IT support and engineering skills: I can keep day - to - day systems running smoothly while also contributing to long term technology solutions. I enjoy translating technical issues into clear language for non - technical users, maintaining secure and reliable infrastructures, and building applications that solve practical problems. Mini Regulatory Report Assistant

The Mini Regulatory Report Assistant is a full-stack tool designed to process pharmaceutical adverse event reports by extracting structured data from free-text inputs. It features a Python backend (FastAPI/Flask) that identifies drugs, adverse events, severity, and outcomes using rule-based logic or NLP libraries, and a React/Next.js frontend that displays results in an interactive interface.

Depression Diagnosis System (DDS)

DDS is a smart clinical tool developed at Butabika National Referral Hospital to support depression screening and diagnosis. It offers PHQ-9 digital assessments, patient/session management, coordination tools, medication tracking, and dashboards for clinicians. Built with flutter/dart, go/golang backend, and PostgreSQL/SQLite.

Customer Service Chatbot

The Customer Service Chatbot is a smart web application built with Next.js that provides real-time support to users, simulating a modern customer service experience. It features an interactive chat interface where users can ask questions or submit requests, and the bot responds with pre-defined logic or AI-powered suggestions.

Finora

Finora is a cross-platform personal finance manager built with Flutter and Golang that helps users track income, log and categorize expenses, and plan budgets (coming soon) from any device—web, mobile, or desktop. It features an intuitive interface for managing transactions, viewing organized timelines, and exporting financial data, all while maintaining secure authentication. With the upcoming internal offline database.
